You can use public CGI-PROXY located in US to surf the net as if you was surfing in US.
Some random proxies can be found here: http://tools.rosinstrument.com/cgi-proxy.htm. Just type the site you want to reach, like http://pandora.com.
Use this trick to play Pandora outside US.

This doesn't work as you may expect.
True - and throughly tested in Finland.
Using such proxies the surrounding page content loads ok, but the actual Flash-player never show up.
It *did* work yesterday.
Some tweaking is again required...
moreso - OpenPandora cannot be affected by this.
I tried a lot of proxy configuration without no success...
BUUUT, i found a program named Hotspot Shield that works perfectly:

U can listen Pandora, watch FOX Streaming as a USA User.
Unfortunatelly it doesn´t work with OpenPandora yet but surelly it will be solved on next version! :-P

Even with Open pandora its possible, just enter under proxy settings:
Host: 127.0.0.1 Port: 895
